Protein-protein interactions (PPI) have established their role as key targets in drug discovery. Now in its third year, CHI’s Protein-Protein Interactions as Drug Targets conference is covering the journey from identifying PPI interaction pairs all the way to successfully developing a PPI inhibitor. Along the way, many questions will be addressed and obstacles will be discussed, including challenges the binding sites are presenting, modulation of PPI, predicting PPI modes, and what can be done to target PPI successfully.
Topics Covered at the Conference:
* Case studies
* Mature targets
* New inhibitor classes
* Novel scaffolds
* Crosslinking studies
* Structure-based design
* Challenges of binding sites
* Protein complexity
* Stapled peptides
* Predicting interacting protein-protein binding sites
* From small molecule to midsize molecules
If you would like to submit a proposal to give a presentation at this meeting, please submit a title and brief (max. 80 words) summary on your recent work in one of the conference topics. Feel free to suggest an additional topic. All proposals are subject to review by the scientific advisory board to ensure the overall quality of the conference.
